Our unique underwriting team has amassed almost 100 years of relevant experience in the tax transactional space which, combined with the breadth and depth of our technical tax underwriting capabilities, makes it unparalleled in the existing market. We work in partnership with highly rated global insurance/re-insurance companies.
The team of Directors have a wealth of experience in developing, structuring and transacting solutions for corporate and financial institution clients across the globe, helping them to manage and optimise their tax risk profile. They all have lengthy and proven track records, each spanning between 25-30 years, during which they built and ran transaction structuring and execution businesses for blue chip financial institutions and managed significant portfolios of complex risks. They have worked together as a team over many years.
