Ellie has worked in Underwriting Operations at a number of industry leading insurance companies since 2018, starting wirh Tokio Marine HCC. During this period she worked closely with senior underwriters to ensure the smooth function of the operational aspects of the underwriting process across several insurance classes.
In 2019 Ellie moved into a more technical role of Account Techician for Markel.
In 2021 Ellie took the role of Senior Underwriting Assistant at Renaicnace Re. where she focused on pioneering new projects and initiatives designed to drive the efficiency of operational processes.
In the last 7 years Ellie has worked across all facets of insurance operations, during which she has developed a deep and well rounded insurance industry expertise.
Ellie is focused on the design and implementation of the operational processes for Solertia Insurance, to ensure that the platform can meet the needs of the growing business.
