Anne is a senior corporate finance lawyer with approximately 30 years’ experience. Prior to establishing her own firm, which provides corporate law, general counsel and governance services, she was a senior lawyer at Linklaters, a partner of an international law firm, a managing director at AIG’s investment bank and general counsel of two early-stage groups.

She has extensive deal expertise across a wide variety of transaction types in many different industries, with key sector expertise in financial services, private equity/principal finance, energy and infrastructure.

Anne’s broad transactional expertise has focused on public and private M&A, private equity, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate advisory.  She is accomplished in governance and risk management, analysing a broad array of legal, risk and operational issues and designing regulatory and control functions.  Anne has substantial expertise in start-ups, both as a member of the management team and as an adviser, designing and implementing structures, establishing key functions, policies and control frameworks and working with stakeholders.
