Anders began his career in the insurance and assistance industry at AXA as the CEO of AXA Assistance Scandinavia in 1992. His responsibility was to establish AXA Assistance on the Nordic market as B2B partner towards the insurance, bank and credit cards, brokers, travel and car industry providing all types of emergency assistance, travel & medical, health and motor insurance and assistance coverage. Following his time at AXA he was the co-founder and started in 2004 a licensed insurance intermediary in Sweden targeting the banks, leasing and finance companies, credit card companies, travel industry. After five years and ten times doubled turn-over the company was sold to a Swedish bank and insurance company.
After this transaction Anders joined SOS International as Executive vice president and member of the Group management. During the years at SOS Int’l Anders hold three different position as EVP all with focus on commercial growth and new products towards the insurance, car, travel, bank and finance industry.
In 2016 Anders was headhunted by the Danish Falck group as CEO of the Falck Insurance in Sweden. The task was to make major reorganizations and managed the processes involved in order to streamline, create growth, increase and create profitability, discontinue operations and unprofitable products / services. Anders also became responsible to ensure that ongoing supervision issues at the Swedish financial supervisory authority (March 2015) would not lead to a withdrawal of concession. This work was successful and Falck Insurance was able to keep its insurance concession.
After this mission he started his own consultant and management company in 2018 with various assignment in the insurance and assistance industry.
