Ellie brings over eight years of experience in Underwriting Operations, having built her career at a series of industry-leading insurance companies. She began her journey at Tokio Marine HCC, where she worked closely with senior underwriters to ensure the smooth day-to-day management of operational processes across multiple insurance classes.
In 2019, Ellie transitioned into a more technical role as an Account Technician at Markel, before going on to join Renaissance Re as a Senior Underwriting Assistant. In this position, she took a leading role in pioneering projects and initiatives designed to drive operational efficiency and modernise underwriting workflows.
Across her career, Ellie has developed a deep and well-rounded expertise spanning all facets of insurance operations. She now applies this knowledge at Solertia Insurance, where she leads the design and implementation of operational processes to ensure the platform is built to meet the demands of a growing business.
